NOT SALAD is a creative floral design studio founded by Debz Hunt in 2018 and based in SE London.

Debz loves the use of colour when creating her designs and playing with structure and form to give a striking effect of differing textures. Floristry as a form of art.

The ethos is focused on responsibly sourced, occasionally foraged seasonal flowers, foliage, branches and fresh produce from the UK and local Euro countries.
